Quote detail display and edit fix

The quote detail page was misreading unit prices, showing them one hundred times smaller than stored (a stored £100.00 displayed as £1.00). The same misreading fed the edit form, so editing and saving a quote could have rewritten its line amounts incorrectly. Totals, VAT, and all stored data were unaffected; the defect was in display and form prefill only.

Caught the same day during pre-launch testing of the 5.37.0 amount format changes, before any customer data existed. Quote unit prices now display correctly, edit forms prefill the stored values, and quantity displays no longer show trailing zeros.
