Third-party services that process data on behalf of SpeyBooks.
We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
What is a sub-processor?
Under UK GDPR, we're required to disclose any third-party services that handle your data on our behalf. These are our "sub-processors". Each one is engaged under a data processing agreement that includes confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.

All application data, database storage
Amazon Web Services (SES)
Transactional email delivery
London, UK (eu-west-2)
Email addresses, email content
Stripe
Payment processing
Ireland (EU)
Billing details, payment card tokens
UK Data Residency
Your financial data is stored exclusively in Google Cloud's London region (europe-west2). It never leaves the UK. Email delivery and payment processing use UK and EU-based infrastructure with UK adequacy decisions in place.
Changes to this list
We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before adding any new sub-processor. If you object to a new sub-processor, you can terminate your account and export your data before the change takes effect.
