v3.3.2 5 February 2026

Operational Transparency & Legal Suite

Status Page — Live Health Checks

The status page now shows real-time service health, not static placeholders.

  • New /v1/health API endpoint — checks database, email (SES), and authentication
  • Live latency display — see actual response times for each service
  • Auto-refresh — status updates every 30 seconds
  • Graceful degradation — handles failures without breaking the page

Every legal page has been rewritten in plain language with proper UK GDPR compliance.

New Pages

  • /cookies — explains our privacy-first approach and Umami analytics
  • /sub-processors — lists GCP, AWS SES, and Stripe with data locations
  • /security — infrastructure, application, and operational security details

Rewritten Pages

  • /privacy — proper legal basis structure, data retention table, ICO complaint process
  • /terms — subscription billing, API usage terms, data export rights

All pages now cross-link and share consistent voice: clear, technical, no legalese.

  • Dynamic version — pulls latest from changelog, no more manual updates
  • New Documentation column — links to Getting Started, Core Concepts, API Reference, Guides, Integrations
  • Month + Year copyright — “February 2026” instead of just year
  • Removed logo — header follows on scroll anyway
  • Legal column — Privacy, Terms, Sub-processors, Cookies, Security

Philosophy

“If it’s not observable, it’s not reliable.”

The status, transparency, and changelog pages now form a coherent ops trinity. The legal pages communicate trust through restraint — no tracking cookies means no cookie banner, and we explain exactly why.
